Your profile

  • Education and experience – You possess a master’s degree with an HR orientation. In addition, you have 2 to 8 years of experience in HR.

  • Independency – You are flexible, with a can-do attitude.

  • Communication skills – You can easily connect to people and express yourself in a confident, clear manner.

  • Advising – You can build up a strong partnership with your clients and fully support them in their HR approach.

  • Language skills – You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.

ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER CONSULTANT

Purpose

You will integrate our People Development team which assist people in their development by fostering
reflection and self-awareness throughout all our people and talent development solutions.
At Intys hr, each client, each procedure and each person is unique: we focus on individualities and specificities
of people to unlock their potential and their talents.

Your job

Develop and implement company-wide talent management initiatives such as:
 

  • Assessment/Development centers (designing, facilitating & conducting the programmes as a lead assessor);

  • Behavioural diagnosis based on psychometric tools (personality, motivational questionnaires, reasoning 
    tests, etc.) and observations through simulation exercises;

  • Delivering one-to-one feedback and coaching sessions to various populations, from technical profiles untill
    executives;

  • Competency management;

  • Developing and facilitating interactive training sessions and workshops;

  • Co-designing leadership programmes;

  • Providing advice to the clients in the above mentioned related fields;

  • Writing full reports

 

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French and have good level in Dutch & English.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree in related field is a plus.

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent management (Assessment, Development center).

  • You are familiar in co-designing assessment procedures, conducting assessment/development centers,
    interpreting psychometric tools and giving feedback.

  • Experience in developing simulation exercises and/or training/coaching sessions is a plus.

  • Certified assessor, coach or psychologist is a strong asset.

  • You articulate with exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

  • You have strong analytical skills, the ability to work autonomously and with flexibility.

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can take initiatives.

  • You have a mature, assertive and dynamic personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
