At first, a kick-off meeting will ground the bases of the collaboration, during this meeting we will go through the positioning of HR in your organization, your corporate culture, the current company strategy and goals. We will identify the different stakeholders and collect all the necessary input in order to be able to start the introduction of the diagnostic methodology.
After the Debriefing Meeting, you will be given a deep analysis of your organization, a report of the current situation, our recommendations, and an action plan to tackle what has been highlighted.
On your demand, we can also guide you or lead the implementation thanks to the expertise of our different services. Moreover, we also appeal to our specialized external partnerships in order to reinforce some areas of expertise.
